COB001 Mini LCL
Mini-LCL is produced on a dual sliding needle bar machine with a rear bar for cut pile and front bar for loop pile. Lateral patterning capability is achieved by the ability to shift both cut pile and loop pile bars independently.

The Super Tufter Grass Machine
In recent years, tufted (otherwise known as artificial) grass has become a major growth industry, due to advancements in yarn make-up and as a consequence, acceptance of tufted grass into a greater number of recreational and sporting activities.

COB003 LP111 Low Profile Scroll
The LPIII offers excellent accessibility to the scroll itself, for all rollers are in a single row and accessible to an operator standing in front of the machine. Access to the top housing of the tufting machines is totally unimpaired, so the unit is therefore compatible with any type of machine.

Sampling Centre
To stay ahead in the world market, Cobble constantly strives to meet the challenges of the tufting world by listening to the demands of customers, continuously investing in the development of new technology. Consistent with this philosophy, Cobble has upgraded its Sampling Centre, which has involved major changes both in terms of machine sampling capability and also the area’s aesthetic appeal.

COB004 Multi Roll Attachment
The Cobble Multi Roll Attachment is a yarn feed arrangement with servo control for individual pairs of rollers. Any number of rollers can be used according to the individual customer’s requirements, but experience suggests this will usually comprise between four to six pairs of rollers.

Electra Servo Scroll
The Cobble Electra Servo Scroll is a major advance on the well established Low Profile Scroll attachment. The utilisation of servo drives , providing ramping functionality for each pile height , has opened up considerably the design and end product potential.

COB005 Level Cut Loop
Cobble have developed the ‘LCL’ (level cut loop) tufting machine, which produces patterned level pile cut and loop carpet. Since light refraction and yarn texture vary greatly between cut pile and loop pile, patterns of both clarity or subtlety can be produced.

Colortec Patterning Technology
The Cobble Colortec machine is in production throughout the world using 5/32", 1/17" or 1/10" gauges. The range of gauges makes Colortec the ideal patterning machine for the hospitality and commercial speciality market and for other specific sectors covering rugs and mats.

COB006 Pantera
The Pantera is a thoroughbred machine, which is utilised and relied upon worldwide. Customers consistently return to repurchase a machine which is smooth running, offers low maintenance but also achieves high speeds. The consistent performance of the Pantera is built around the needlestroke eccentric which is located directly over the pushrod.

Locator Modules
As a result of a continued development programme at Cobble Gauge Parts, customers can benefit from the introduction of Locator Modules. This major breakthrough ensures precise module pitch and levelling by incorporating twin pegs in each Module, which mate with corresponding holes in backing bars.

COB007 Multi Media Panel
Cobble Blackburn Ltd has remained at the forefront of tufting technology through anticipating, identifying and responding to industry requirements and trends. Within this philosophy, Cobble has recognised that advanced machine control panels can provide carpet manufacturers with sophisticated monitoring and control systems, and has invested accordingly in their research and development.

Tufting Introduction
1950 saw the Cobble brothers develop the first tufting machine which was capable of producing broadloom carpet - a technique which has been refined over the years, making it the most important method of carpet production in the world today.

COB008: Full Repeat Scroll
Full Repeat Scroll (FRS) is a sophisticated pattern attachment, giving high/low effects by the control of each individual yarn. The single end yarn control facilitates pattern designs of any length and width up to 5m, at any gauge down to 1/10”. The two pile height attachment, as featured on the front cover, can also be produced dual sided.

Myriad Scroll
The Myriad is a full repeat scroll that allows the designer to create a full spectrum of patterns from precise high definition to subtle textures and shadows. This is achieved by through fine individual yarn feed control throughout the stitch cycle.
