Standard Range
Conventional - Successfully tried and tested for years, most applicable to the coarser gauges (1/10 and coarser)
Semi Modular - Provides the precision of modular parts combined with the ability to change individual knives.
Modular Systems - In hooks (steel & Tungsten), needles, knives, reeds and loopers. Accurate, rigid gauge parts successfully established world-wide on over 1000 machines.
Locator Modules - Ensures precise module pitch and levelling by incorporating twin pegs in each module, which match with corresponding holes in backing bars.
Cut/Loop Hook Modules - Straight and staggered. Also available with Tungsten Tip Patch inserts. Offer standard advantages over conventional parts. Wear life is increased. Painstaking setting is also eliminated.
Light Weight Hook Module 2000 - Designed to increase hook, knife and needle life. Improves tufting machine performance and fabric surfaces from 3.5mm and higher pile heights.
Long Life TI and Tip Patch Hooks - Incorporates a hard micro grain tungsten insert around the cutting area dramatically increasing hook and needle life.
Tungsten Tip Hooks - A range of hooks with steel shanks and tungsten tips. Less expensive than the tungsten insert version, dramatically increases hook life.
Knife Block Systems including the latest Prima Plus - Retains the precision of modular gauge parts whilst combining the advantage of being able to change individual knives when required.
Wool Needles - A range of needles designed specifically for tufting wool and woollen blends of yarns. Available in single and modular form.
LCL Hook Modules - 1/10 and coarser. Produced straight or staggered. Also available with Tungsten inserts.
Cutting Knives - Produced in single and modular form. Also available with Tungsten Tip Patched inserts.
