The Customer Services Department is a key element of Cobble's committment to providing assistance to their worldwide customer base. The back-up may typically involve a skilled technician installing a new machine to agreed sew-off criteria, in accordance with details supplied on the technical questionnaire. At some time in the future, technicians may also return to customer's site to undertake chargeable, planned maintenance at customer's request. Conversions are frequently organised on older machines involving gauge change and / or addition of attachments or ancillary equipment. Finally, but no less important, Customer Services comes to the rescue of machine breakdowns at short notice, or helps to problem find from a distance.
