Cross-over/Sliding Needle Bar Systems

Programmable and cam controlled. Versatile patterning systems for producing tufted carpets in terms of style, speed and economy. Producing simple and complex carpet designs easily and efficiently.

Electroshifter

A programmable electronic drive, allowing sophisticated crossover patterning when used with both single and double sliding needle bar techniques.

Supershifter

A single needle bar machine, in cut pile, loop pile or combinations of both, with the needle bar in line or staggered. Movements are controlled by means of a mechanical cam.

Omnipoint

A cam controlled dual sliding needle bar version of the Supershifter enables islands of colour and design to be made.

Multi Roll Attachments

A yarn feed arrangement with servo control for individual pairs of rollers. It offers diverse patterning possibilities by changing the threading sequence, multi-roll feed rates and servo phase combinations. Additionally, the ability to offer dual-sided multi roll has diversified end product design.

Jutemover
