Super Tufter Machine

The Cobble Super Tufter (ST) was developed to provide the wide range of gauge, pile height and speed requirements of today's demanding carpet manufacturers. Offering rapid and accurate setting facilities. With a complete range of compatible pattern attachments.

 

The all cast frame of the ST provides the rigidity essential for high speed operation. This rigidity is carried through to the main mechanism shafts.

The bedplate cross members minimise horizontal vibration and allow higher speeds without sacrificing quality. Bedplate stiffeners allow a single, open centre leg which gives unimpeded access to gauge parts. Positioning synchronous motors at each end of the frame top housing improves machine balance and stability while reducing internal mechanism stresses.

 

LCL (Level Cut Loop)

A sophisticated method of combining cut and loop pile constructions in the same fabric with a full patterning capability. Producing a levelling effect through simultaneous side by side production at the same pile height.

Scroll Systems

FRS, Two and Three Pile Height Full Repeat Scroll – Pattern designs of any lengths and widths up to 5m, at any gauge down to 1/10th. Pile height changes are possible within one stitch.
